Protect the Pineal Gland

Known as the third eye.

This gland is located between the two cerebral hemispheres in an area called the epithalamus, and it is responsible for the production of melatonin, which regulates our sleep.

When this gland is activated, it functions like a small antenna in the brain that picks up frequencies used for the production of melatonin. As a result of this chemical transformation, we may become capable of developing abilities such as intuition and clairvoyance.

Many ancient traditions came to represent it when creating sculptures and monuments, demonstrating their knowledge of this gland.

Our brain perceives life in a three-dimensional way (objects, places, etc.). However, it has the capacity to pick up certain frequencies as if you were tuning a TV or radio, which can transmit images or experiences beyond what is known in your material world.

It allows you to see reality as it is, moving from a limited perception to a broader one, which helps you be more at peace with yourself and with the process of life.

If we think of the gland as if it were a radio receiver, it can be activated through a certain process. This process can be stimulated by breathing exercises, which create a pattern of gamma brain waves, generating a sensory experience to a different dimension.

Thanks to the opening of the pineal gland, you will realize through experience that we are not linear beings but dimensional ones. This leads you to understand that you are more than the reality you experience in your material world, making current politics or celebrity gossip matter less or not at all, while giving you a deeper understanding of yourself and what you truly are.

Nowadays, we are surrounded by toxic products, both in our food and in the air, which could be a cause of a calcified gland, affecting its functions. The main symptom is poor sleep quality.

To protect or decalcify this gland, it is recommended to avoid junk food, processed foods, sugar, and commercial brands that contain fluoride or laboratory-made ingredients.

Apple cider vinegar, turmeric, algae, zeolite, among others (all locally sourced or from trusted suppliers), can help, along with fasting.
